Services
Counselling offers a safe, confidential place to talk about your life and anything that may be confusing, painful or uncomfortable for you. It allows you to talk with someone who is trained to listen attentively and help to improve things for you. I do not seek to advise and cannot provide answers, but instead, I aim to support clients' in discovering their own solutions in an accepting, confidential and professional environment.
I am an integrative humanist therapist. This means that I can work in a variety of ways to suit each individual, focusing on what’s important to you and at a pace that suits you. We can work together to explore issues and work towards a deeper understanding of yourself and your world.
